Marianne Campbell

My work examines place, nature, and the ways we observe and attach meaning to them. I like exploring new places (and revisiting familiar places) and finding appreciation in close observations of my surroundings. Using artistic techniques that bring me joy — printmaking, photography, digital illustration — I create mixed media pieces reflecting the meanings that I make in these environments. I invite viewers to consider their emotional attachment to places, whether natural or human-built.
