$240 to book party (6 person minimum, $40 per person)

(Offsite cost covers 6 guests of 10 person minimum + travel fee; the additional $160 covers the 4 remaining guests. Due prior to start of party.)

Red Door 104 offers a selection of paintings to choose from for your event. You may also request a customized themed painting be created for your paint party with a 2 weeks advance notice. Bring any beverage of your choice! You will be provided with paint, aprons, brushes and canvas and guided with hands on instruction through your painting by our professional artist. We promise to make this fun, non-intimidating event for skilled painters as well as folks that have never painted before! Sessions last two hours and at the end of the evening, everyone goes home with a completed painting to be proud of!
Cancel within 72 hours for a full refund. 48 hours, 50% credit. No refunds will be offered for no-shows.
Guidelines:
A minimum of 6 people are required for a private party in the studio. We can hold up to 20 people.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your event.
Balance ($40/ person) is due 48 hours prior to your event. We do not refund “no shows” however, we will apply your fee to another party in the future.
Parties may be rescheduled with out penalty with 48 hours notice.
The last time slot of the day is 6-8pm. If you wish a later time, there is a fee of $75.00 in addition to the guest fees.
Arrival Time:
Parties begin promptly at the scheduled time. We request guests arrive 15 minutes prior to receive their supplies and get settled in.
Offsite:
Offsite parties are available with a minimum of 10 guests required and a location within 15 miles of Farmville. Red Door 104 will bring the painting of your choice as well as all the necessary supplies for your painting project. A $100 travel fee is added your $400 party total. This secures your desired date and time and covers the fee of 10 guests, and also includes your $240 non-refundable deposit.
